“Paul the phone representative was helpful in explaining the process. I was able to schedule a same day appointment for an installation of a new water heater. Doniel was the service technician who arrived within the schedule time. He explained the process, we signed the contract, and Doniel went right to work! “Just had a terrific experience with this company. The people on the phone were courteous and professional and Mack the installer did a terrific job installing the new water heater. I’ve replaced my own water heaters in the past but just didn’t feel like doing it this time. I was concerned that someone other than myself would cut corners or do the job less better than myself. Boy was I wrong. Mack was a gentleman to have in our home and he didn’t miss a beat. Everything was done professionally and he didn’t miss anything. I am very pleased with the experience. “Got my water heater leaking issue this morning, then got a ref number from my neighbor who just replaced the water heater via this company. Same day the company sent a service person, Peni to my home for assessment and fix. Peni is so good and replaced with a new one since the old one could not be fixed, very happy with his professionalism, as well as the quality of his handy job. Worth of my $$$!”

“When I first called to set up an appointment Kyle was professional and informative and told me exactly what to expect at the appointment he set up for the following day. The installer, Doniel N, was fantastic! He called prior to arriving to let me know he was on his way and arrived at the exact time he was scheduled to. He took great care explaining everything that was required for the installation, gave me a time frame and went to work. Her was personable and professional and did a great job removing the old heater and installing the new one and cleaned up as well. All in all Doniel did a great job.”

“The day I went into the hospital for surgery, our water heater died. My wife called Water Heaters Only (we have used them before) to replace the one located in the attic. The space is very compressed and the first installer was just too large to complete the job. He called the office and they sent out PeniB who was smaller and could fit into the space. He did a fantastic job of the install. We will always use this company when we need a new water heater. Thank you WHO!!”

“Quite happy with their service! Our initial installation of the water heater was done back in October 2018, but we had a problem with our recirculation pump recently. Since the first installation, Beni was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. He came out again for my circulator, found the problem right away and replaced it within one hour. This service was done the next day after calling the customer service!

“Our hot water heater died Friday night/Saturday morning so we really wanted it fixed ASAP. Toa installed a new Rheem unit on Sunday and did a great job (order number 1066799). He was professional, but also very approachable. I’m a retired engineer who also installed the previous unit 25-years before so I’m always watching and he didn’t mind. So we were up and running by the afternoon and are happy with the result.”

“Late Saturday night I found our 9 y/o water heater leaking and rapidly spreading water throughout our Redwood Shores garage. I managed to stop the leaking for the evening, and based on other Yelp reviews planned to call Water Heaters Only, Inc. Sunday morning at 8:30AM I phoned the RWC office and was greeted by a professional who efficiently processed my info and gave me a window of 9:00 – 11:00 AM for a repair vehicle to arrive – very quick and exceeding my expectations for a Sunday morning. At about 10:00 AM I received a call from the field tech – Steve B. who informed me that he would be arriving at about 10:30 AM – nice touch. Steve arrived on-time and got right to work. As expected, it was time to replace our water heater, and not coincidentally Steve already had the one we needed on his truck. It is nice that the information collected during our initial service call was not collected in vein. Other service companies can learn from Water Heaters Only field service procedures. Steve was as professional and helpful as anyone could ask for and the quality of the installation is top-notch. Steve replaced all of the connections into the water heater as well as the water heater itself, added insulation where there had been none before, fixed our drip tray, and even shop vacuumed the embarrassing amount of lint behind the old water heater without pointing it out. Thanks Steve. I highly recommend this company for its service, people, and craftsmanship.”
